When I opened my truck this morning, my Relay 2 was making a clicking sound. I replaced the Relay fuse but still clicking. According to my OM it's the PCM. Is there a fusible link in the wiring that may be causing this?

 

Went to O'Rileys. guy says he can only see that it leads to the ECU which is over $300.00 but he could not say whether or not there was a link in the wiring. If this is a quick fix that I can do by replacing a wire, I would prefer that instead of paying for a mechanic to do the same thing that I could accomplish myself.
