Post OEM 4:10 or 3:73???? HELP!

I am wondering if any of models of the F150 97-present can come with OEM 4:10 or 3:73. My rear diff just went out and I want to replace my stock 3:55 gears, but if the gears aren't OEM my extended warrenty will be voided. any info will help!
thanks

sboarder,

Incredibly, Ford doesn't make 4.10's for the front differential. Therefore, since a 4x4 doesn't come OEM 4.10, I think your drivetrain warranty is invalid.

sboarder,

I know that 99's with 4x4, ORP, 17" wheels, Auto tranny, and 5.4 engine come with 3.73 gears, when I ordered mine with these options, I didn't have a choice. I think Ford discovered anything with a higher gear was too weak.

Well, the 2000 ORP had 3.55's. I don't think taller gears are weaker, in fact, I think they would be less likely to break since the stress on the drivetrain is reduced with higher(numerically) gears. Go pedal a 10 speed around in the hardest gear, then shift to an easy gear. Which one do you think your legs could take longer? Could be wrong though..

I know you can order 4.10's, but I think the tallest you could order on a off-road truck is 3.73's.
