4hi on the highway?

sorry but i have a question reguarding using 4hi on the highway, long story short, i got a new bumper on my truck while i was at work and got my boss to park it for me after they had delievered it back from the body shop, as i was dirty and in my coveralls. well he had to put it in 4wd to get it parked in the lot with all of the snow, so coffee time rolls around and i head back to the body shop to pay my bill, less than 1/2 mile away, i got in and drove down there, going 25-30 mph for and the highways were kinda a little wet and slushy not completely dry, and when i get to the body shop i seen i was still in 4 hi ahhh **** i didnt see it......i wanna know if itll be alright or what? btw its a 5.4 with 3.55 gears open diff if any of that matters

you're fine as long as it didn't start to bind. you are also saying it was a little slushy, if it was don't worry too much. just watch a little closer next time. other than that i think you'll be ok!

1/2 mile isn't going to hurt anything.
