gearing advice

im starting an overhaul on my 98 f150. i expect to have around 345hp / 435 #tq. i have 35's with 355's. i drive 1/3 highway, the rest is city. a little off road, mostly sand and mud, no hills. would you recomend 410's or 456's

I had 4.56 in the truck and couldn't be happier. If you were doing mostly highway then you should go with the 4.10, but you will see the most improvement of getting your power to the ground with the 4.56
