Sometimes when I engage 4x4 high like when I'm stuck in 2wd I hear a clunk I give it some gas then it kicks out so I hit the brake and get on the gas again and it's fine it has done it twice befor in a row but not often I'm tryin to figure out if it's the front kicking out of the tcase ?? I may get a posi lock front axle engagement system soon

 

Btw it only happens if I'm stuck and it's really slick if I roll into 4wd it's perfect

 

ive had the same thing, i called the dealership and all they said was that ( dont mind the lingo here ) the gears were not in sync with eachother and its nothing to worry about.

if you ask me, i think it is something to be concerned with as ive never had a new vehicle ever do this to me.
