I was working on a seat and console swap and blew a fuse cause I fumbled my Meter when checking for a hot wire at the ashtray light. When I checked fuses and got my book out I noticed that a fuse slot labeled in the owners manual as PCM module fuse was missing 5A fuse. slot 20, Audio,GEM(or CTM) Pwertrain control module. How can my truck run correctly with out that fuse. I was gonna get some mini fuses and replace it but just wondering why this fuse is missing and what exaclly does it control and if it infact is my PCM module how is the truck still functioning without it.

 

Very nice.... F'ed up. Trying to find out the purpose of this fuse. Maybe I should just clam up and not help people since I don't seem to get the same in return.
