Rear Axle 3.55 869B or 862B?

Rear Axle 3.55 869B or 862B?
The 896B LS gears went on my 98 150, I can get a cheap 862B from a junkyard, I know the ratios are 3.55 on both but could someone help me on the advantages /disadvatges of going to the 862B?

Those two parts should be interchangeable with really no difference between them.
