I have been looking and looking for info to swap a 4bt into a 97.5 150. Everything I've found has been a dead end and has not been completed. The motor and trans swap are the least of my worries. As I am a boilermaker, and I weld for a living and fabricate all the time. My questions come to the electronic of the swap. tieing in the speedo, tach ect. Are guys leaving the ecu and tying into it or removing etc. The tach I know you need the adapter like the 12v swaps. I would appreciate any kind of information on the topic. Thanks guys.
