First off I have warn lock in lock out 19 spline blah blah blah.
The one was giving a kinda whizzing sound as if one hub was locked and one wasn't.
So I took it apart thought maybe I'd try to figure out this problem
This part..

Seems as thought there is more play in between the center splined portion and the outter splined portion.
I know last time I had it apart the two portions could spin independently of each other, but now there is some actual play between the two.
Seems to me maybe the seal around the back is no good.
Am I right or is this normal?
