SO I just ordered the Yukon gears and Master install kits for my '05. I have been going back and forth between different vendors and major online 4x4 companies looking for the parts to see who had the best prices and customer services..

I was referred to this guy by a member from a few other forums i am on, and i am glad i went with him!

Wayne at DiffsOnly is amazing. He has been way more helpful than i would say he needed to be, and gave me an awesome price for everyhing. If you are in the market for gears, install kits, lockers, etc. Def. go onto his website: diffsonly.com and shoot him an email asking for a price quote!!!

Just an example of his awesome customer service. I am currently in Afghanistan, so there is a prety big time difference.. I emailed him letting him know I had just placed the order on his website and thanking him for all he had done for me, and not even 5 min. later, i get a response from him(this is 1 in the morning where he is at), saying he just got my order, and i had put in a master and minor install kit for the rear, and that he figured it was a mistake but wanted to make sure before he charged me!!!!!!


His Awesome customer service alone has gotten this guy my money for any future differential parts needs that i may have!

What was your total for the gears and install kit if ya dont mind me askin...Ive only gotten a quote from RingandPinion and it was around $700 or so..I know what you mean about the time difference Im in Iraq so when I have the time to call places are closed Lol Gets really annoying when you wanna order something or talk to someone

 

Prices have gone up on parts thats for sure. i had a quote from him a few months ago and everything was aorund $500, but just got a new quote from him yesterday and it had gone up quite a bit.. BUT I still saved atleast 2-300 bucks ordering from him. Shoot him an email and tell him James Schneider referred you and let him know what you are looking for! I dont want to give the prices he gave me as it might be slightly higher or lower for someone else. Cool yeah I just got an email back form him and ita a couple hundred more but cheaper than RingandPinion so im gonna go ahead and order from them, good looking out! BTW we have the 8.8IFS up front and the 9.75 in the rear right?

 

yes, our truck has the 8,8IFS reverse in the front and the 9.75 in the rear. So you ordered from Wayne?

 

4.6's have a 8.8 rear, and 5.4's with the heavy payload package (7 lug wheels) have a 10.25.

 

Sure did, got a quote in email on everything which was ALOT different from the site so I called and he said to place the order on site and attach the email with the quote and he would take care of it!

 

I myself have bragged on Wayne many times. Great to deal with. November last year I ordered a Yukon master rebuild kit and 4.11 gears for $310. Couldn't find a deal even close to that anywhere else.
