HELP please... What part is this?
Hey every one, Went out to the desert this past week and snapped part of my front diff. One of my limit strap tabs broke causing my suspension to fully droop out and snapped this part from the flange and the axle. The axle and every thing else seem to be ok, I just need to replace the part in this photo. Any clue what the red highlighted part is called so I can find one? Thanks for any help 
Part is on the front diff of an 08' F150.
