I have a 2007 Ford 4X4 with electric shift. Lately while in 4WD high the dash indicator light goes out, sometimes it comes back on blinks off. 4WD is working but I am worried its something major about to happen. Any one have any experience with this?

 

I noticed just recently that the 4WD High indicator light would not come on when I flipped the switch to engage it. The 4WD did engage but the light did not come on. I thought that the bulb was shot until a few days later when the light came on as soon as I flipped over to 4WD. I have no idea what is causing it and I have not looked into it yet.
