2006 4x4 vacuum system

Hey guys, I bought a new solenoid and was just getting around to replacing it. I took the lines off the actuators on both sides to check them(the driver side was trying to engage in 2wd) and they were both plugged as well as the nipples on the actuators, I took the little filter off by the solenoid and it was plugged solid. Is there any way to clean the system out or do I need to replace the lines.

I could be wrong but I do think the little filter looking thing is a check valve. There is another post about the IWE system that expains it. There are two check valves from what I did read.

LOL, well that would explain why I couldn't find them online. I found the post, thanks. I was on a site that said they were filters, I didn't think they were. I can blow through both sides, one not so easy, but the other thread said you shouldn't be able too, so I guess I need to buy at least 1 new one, will have to find the other and check it.
