Talking Pinion Angle/Fabtech

Ok so i just ordered a Fabtech 6"...I currently have a 1.5" lift shackle in the rear...06 FX4...now for the questions..

are the fabtech blocks flat or angled?

if flat..will i most likely need to shim the rear with the 2 together to avoid the b.s.?

and if i need them how much?

I've done some searching and went through page after page, and didnt find an answer. Kind of want to know now, so i can order shims and they will get here around when the lift does. THANKS!

I'm pretty sure the Fabtech blocks are flat but you may want to post this in the suspension category and get a definite answer from someone who runs a Fabtech.

i know this is old, but the fabtech lifts ive had in the past all had angled blocks for the pinion angle...so no shims were ever needed. i dont see why they would change it up.

Pretty sure mine were angled as well. I'll try and find them in the shop to confirm,

The 5" blocks that came with the Fabtech kit for my 2010 were not tapered. It concerns me a bit because it looks like the axle needs to be clocked up some.
