Rear End Vibrations

Have been noticing vibration is the rear end during acceleration in the speed range of between 45 and 65. Then can get the vibration if I take my foot off the gas and there is decelleration. Also have heard some squeaking at various time when cornering and some in straight line. Does not always happen but the vibrations are typical.

My thoughts are the u joints. Its an F-150 Crewcab 2002 with about 130K on it.

Thoughts?
