Squeaking at low speeds!!!!!

There is a Squeaking noise coming from the drivers side front. I took it to a mechanic and they replaced the swaybar tie rod or something and then the noise was still there. I have an 04 f150 4x4 with a 6" lift. He said it could be the upper and lower control arm bushings. I looked online and is seems it could be the steering stabilizer the sway bar bushing or the coil spring. It is a realy annoing squeaking noise every time i go over speed bumps or just slow driving. Please help me with this because i hate that noise and have also sprayed every single joint or moving part under there with as much white grease as i could!!!

Sounds as if it could be the control arm bushings. I had similar symptoms on a '68 Torino and a '65 Galaxie 500 and both were upper control arm bushings squeaking. Good luck!
