shaking @ 50 mpn

Yesterday i was cruising down highway, doing about 60, started to hear a noise similar to something dragging ( like if exhaust fell off and was dragging down road) ( it isn't)slowed down and got off next exit, when slowing a clunk was heard/felt and everything was normal, no sounds. later i was driving down road and when approaching 40 mph truck started shaking, got to 50 mph and it felt like it was going to fall apart, shaking slowed with speed of truck until gone altogether, hasn't happened since, but haven't gone over 40 yet, kinda nervous to. any ideas? Just turned 95000 couple days ago. Thanks in advance

After i posted this i did some searching, i failed to mention that i changed my oil yesterday ( didn't think it was relevent) had truck on ramps with e-brake engaged, may be sticking? oil change was AFTER highway trip and before violent shaking, this may explain the shaking but still wondering about dragging noise. Going for a ride to see if brakes get hot.

Something else to check - see if any of your wheel balance weights are missing.
