I'm in need of a GEM for my 1999 F150 4x4. I just removed (which was a hard job for me) Just to check the item number, before ordering or just check on e_bay.

Now there's no exactly item number as the one I got. My truck GEM is a :
XL34-14B205-CB What I need to know is what other ite number can be used???
