well i put my new wheels on monday. after wards i noticed how the right rear tire sticks out further than the left rear. Yesterday i had new brake pads put on and an alignment and it is the same. The right tire sticks out about a quarter of an inch more then the left.

I did a google search and most of the stuff that came up was mustangs with this issue and its seems like they say it comes like that from ford. So i dont know if some f150's have the same issue or what.

any thoughts and opinions would be great. i plan to take it back to where got the alignment and then maybe to ford just to here what they think.

maybe one of the wheels has a more negative offset than the other?

 

im not sure. i would almost bet that if i change the tires around it will be the same though. I think is just some weird crap that has to do with ford. Or maybe my axle has shifted somehow.

 

That's more likely. Did you buy it new? Has it ever been in a wreck? I'd possibly take it to a body shop that has the computerized frame rack with the laser scanners and see what they find.

 

well its an 07 36k miles and i bought from my grandpa who bought it new and it was never wrecked.
