Towing gear ratio

Got a 02 it has the stock gearing, it is FX4 5.4L with 3.55, I tow a 19' boat, thinkig of going to 4.10 gears.

I have a E350 van and it has 4.10 gears, and the van is loaded heavy, I towed my boat with the van and noted that it towed allot better, it also has the 5.4 L engine.

What does it cost approx. to swap gears? And were would you go for gears?
