4.56 vs 3.55 gears?

If I were to swap my 3.55 gears for 4.56's, would this cause an increase in the fluid temp in the pumpkin? Does this fluid need to be changed more often? I have a lifted 2006 Screw with 35" tires and need to swap out my gears for towing. I already use a synthetic gear fluid. Any info would be much appreciated... Thanks

i think the change in heat produced is negligible.

as with anything it's always good to keep an eye on things, but you can still follow regular maintenance schedules.

if it really bothers you then look into a mag-hytech diff cover.
