I had no grease fittings at all on my 2002 F-150 4X4. If any suspension or drive train parts have been replaced, the new ones may have grease fittings (e.g., U-joints, tie rod ends, etc.).

My 03 is all stock and I have 5 grease nipples (if I remember right). Inner and outer tie rod ends and one for idler arm. There isn't many as most are sealed. The best thing to do is crawl under and see what your truck has.

actually guys, there are 2 grease fittings on the 97-03 and 04 heritage

right beside each other, no matter 2wd or 4wd passenger side, idler or pitman arm (lol whichever one is over there) and one right behind that
