Alright guys I know I have 3.55 gears I am just not at home to count the bolts on my rear end to tell me which one I have and I want to order my 4.30 gears from Ford Racing so they will be there when I get home I have a 2007 F150 FX2 with a 5.4l engine help me out guys

 

5.4 = 9.75.

Look at the tag on the rear cover. It will tell you size, ratio, LS or no.

 

And everything else = 8.8

 

Not necessarily true. My 2002 Screw has a 4.6L and 9.75" rear.

 

First time I've ever heard that.

 

Yeah I didn't believe it at first either. While changing the rear diff lube I checked out the axle tag. Counted the bolts too, and all indicate a 9.75" rear.
