loud clicking under acceleration

Hello everyone, awhile back a mechanic replaced my u-joints. Shortly after that, my driveshaft fell out on the highway. The mechanic towed it back to his shop for free and "fixed it." After driving for awhile, under hard acceleration in first gear I would hear this loud clicking noise. Also, sometimes during acceleration the whole truck will shake. And finally, once my truck gets to about 65 mph, there is a loud deep droning noise and the truck vibrates. It doesn't stop until about 75-80 mph. Please help me out, I really don't trust this mechanic and was wondering if anyone knows what this could be. Thank you in advance

Take it elsewhere and have the drive shaft checked. May be bent.

i second what bluejay said. that guy is an idiot. there is no reason to mess up a u-joint replacement.

when the driveshaft fell out you might have knocked off a weight or bent it. at least have someone balance the driveshaft for you.
