To Diff. or not to Diff.?

my truck is a 4.6 with an 8.8 rear with 3.73 LS. I am for sure wanting FRPP 4.30, but with a tighter budget I am now debating the extra $400 for the Auburn Pro Series Differential. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY FOR STREET PERFORMANCE USE ONLY. now i have the factory limited slip differential and my question is - what would be expected of the Auburn over the factory LS? is it that much of a difference? does it put down substantially more power? I know a lot of Titan guys around here throw in a true trak and think they're the ish with their detroit and i need to know how much better a performance diff is over the stocker. thanks guys

Have your OEM LS rebuilt while it's out of the pumpkin. That should save you a few hundred bucks.
