radiator leak

my radiator is leaking. took it to ford and they said its the lower hose, pulled too tight do to the body lift. BS!! they just dont want to fix it cause i have efans. i put a hose clamp on the lower hose to replace the stock thing ford uses and it still leaks. the core is wet about 4" up from the bottom and on the front of the radiator so it cant be the hose thats below the wet spot and on the back. anyways, im going to take the radiator to a local radiator shop to see if they can fix it but i dont want to damage the tranny oil lines. how do i remove them. there is a white clip that falls right off so i know thats not it. is there a special tool needed? pics and links would be great if i need to buy a tool for this
