Bad Driveshaft???

Have a 04 150 with a 5.4 and 48K today I starting hearing a sound like someone had put a cable tie around my driveshaft while driving. The noise/rattle is only under power, no sound while in park or neutral and gets faster as you go faster. Only thing open today was a Monro/Midas shop, they checked it out put it on the lift and long story short said it was the driveshaft was bad. The truck doesn't have any vibration which I would expect with a bad driveshaft.

I'm not much of a wrench but don't think thats the problem, won't be able to go to a real shop until Tuesday anyone had this problem and have any ideas.

Thanks in advance.

Problem is that truck probably has the staked in u joints. From what I understand, they aren't very easy to replace. A replacement shaft is a lot easier.
