I am looking for a loc-rite locker int he rear of my 2wd. I have seen them put in before and can have a friend help out. O also had front/ rear lockers in my last jeep. Where should I look and how much am I looking at spending?

Summit Racing sells them. Go to their web site and check it out. They should be easy enought to install since you don't disturb you ring and pinion settings when installing one.

http://www.powertrax.com/powertrax/lockright.html They make it. if you have the 8.8 diff be careful. There are 4 different models that I know of. The front 8.8, doesn't apply. The 1986 to 1997 model, the Mustang Model with 28 splines and the 1997 + model with 31 splines. If you have a 9.75 differential you may be SOL. Truck details will help in assisting you.

truck is at the collision center now so I won't be able to check any numbers but it's a 05 lariat 2wd

I can pull the jet ski all day no problem and with going to 34's and 4.10's it'll be better but i'd love to have a locker in the rear
