slow speed vibration problem

My '02 F150 Supercrew 4x4 has a vibration that only happens when I take off from a complete stop. It only lasts about 1 second and only starts happening about 3 seconds after I start to accelerate. It will also do it if I am turning a corner from a stop sign, again only for a second and this only happens at slow speeds and then goes away. It feels like it is coming from the rear half of the truck but not sure where. I check and replaced both u-joints on the rear driveshaft, checked the fluid in the rear axle, and checked the lugnuts to make sure they are tight. The only thing I can think of is possibly the rear axle bearings, but when I jacked the truck up I pulled on the tires and didn't have any play at all in them (not sure if they means anything.) Anyone have any ideas?

Tires are BFG Radial All-Terrain T/A's (stock size- 265/75R17 I think,) they have about 40,000 miles on them but still have about 25% tread left. I bought them new about 2 1/2 years ago. I rotate them at every oil change.

If you have a limited slip differential, change the fluid. It requires 75W140 full synthetic and a bottle of friction modifier.

I changed the fluid about a year ago, and used the Ford fluid and friction modifier, I don't put too many miles on, maybe 12,000 since then. I will check it again though.
