they're not too bad to pull, but are messy and a bitch to replace the boot and repack the grease. as a word of advice, i would not recommend switching out to a reman, they are often of questionable quality.

well last night i was installing a leveling kit and accidentaly let the bottom of the strut snag the putting puttin a lil hole in it. i only changed out cv axles on atvs and sometims can be hard to pull from the differential but this one looked like it had bolts that held it in the diff just curious if that makes it easier or harder?

one end of the axle is bolted onto the differential, the other end has a shaft end, which is inside the hub. the axle nut has to come off to slide the shaft out of the hub. if you remove the sway bar endlink after removing the axle nut and unbolting the shaft, you should be able to twist and turn it out.
