Exclamation limited slip

2002 Ford F150
69,000

I had the back of my truck up checking out the rear bearings, the truck was in neutral and i noticed the tires did not spin easily. I have limited slip and I noticed when spinning the passenger side the other side would move along with it , but when I would spin the driver side nothing would happen to the other side. Is this normal for limited slip or does this require some looking into.

Was the driveshaft disconnected or the t-case in neutral?
If you spin one wheel with the trans./t-case in neutral the other wheel should turn in the opposite direction.
