I have a 1998 f150 4.2 5 speed with the friggin 5x135 lug pattern but drum brakes in the rear. When i put my 2" adapter/spacer that converts from 5x135 to 5.5" the oem stock studs stick out so far i cant even get my rim over the 5.5 studs at all to even get them started. Do i have to cut the oem studs flush and where on earth did u find thise tiny lug nuts that sit so flush lol. I know its probablythe fact that the rim is i believe offset a bit and thats why or somethin stupid im missing. Help lol

Maybe I can get rid of these 5x135 to 5x5.5 adapters.

Yes you cut your stock studs off to length and you should have gotten lug nuts that fit with the spacers. I did.

I used these on my old 86 F150 and I'm about to put 1" on the front and 2.5" on the rear of my 2003 King Ranch. It's about the only way to solve the "fat lady in high heels" look of the truck caused by the narrow rear track and keep my stock KR wheels.
