Ask your buddy if he gets a discount on parts. I have Ford Racing Performance Parts ring & pinion gears and they work great. When it comes to the gears, OEM parts are pretty good.

Who has the best prices on Yukon gears? For the 9.75, sites I've found want over 600 shipped just for the rear ring & pinion and master install. The front is another 550 ish.

Just wondering where all you guys get these deals for soo cheap?

I might just go with motive gears off ebay. The Yukon gears on that page are 440 bucks just for the rear.... wow....
