ok, im new to the site. i finally after like 2 years got the money for my lift, tires, and all other accesories i need for my truck. 97 ext cab SB. 4x4. everything i need is on the way, except my gears cause i wasn't sure what exactly i needed. i'll be runnin 37x13.50 iroks, and i'd like to have 4.88's. is all i need the ring and pinion and install kit? cause i've looked around and people are saying its like 1500 dollars for gears...any help would be great.

 

You will need the ring and pinion, install kit, and fluid. If you want to still be able to still use your 4x4, you have to do the front gears also.

 

thanks, thats all i thought i needed. just some sites are saying i needed new cross pins and all this other stuff. i just wasn't sure. preciate it.
