My 2005 F150 4x4 has 33,000 miles (out of warranty by 4 months) and has the occasional grinding in the front in that a lot of folks have been experiencing. I just purchased the IWE Solenoid from the dealership for $25 and want to save $80 by doing it myself because this is not covered by my Ford ESP. Has anyone on here replaced the IWE themselves? If so could you offer some advice, and possibly some pictures as well?

 

Replaced it last night, pretty quick and easy.
