im eyeballing my old t-case here, she leaks out the extension housing constantly. i can live with that, but im leery of the input shafts gear lash.

i can rock it back and forth and hear the teeth hit. theres about 15-20* of rotation between faces of teeth, im not sure how tight these were built in the first place? the only other concern i had was regarding the shift fork, few times this winter when it was real cold out it wouldnt shift into 4hi properly without grinding until i rocked the gears for/back. also 4lo engages very harshly.
