Best gears

I have a 94 F150 with a 4.9L straight six with a 5-speed manual transmission. I'm planning on putting a 4" lift with 33x12.59R15 tires on it. I already have really high gears (I don't know what rations) and i was wondering if I should put lower gears in it. I want to have torque for woods driving but also not kill my gas milage. Any suggestions?

What gears do you have on there now?

I think that the 4.10:1 w/ limited slip would be the best set-up for you.
