When you say you're doing it, does that mean you're doing the labor, or you're having it done by somebody? If you have to ask which parts you need, you shouldn't attempt it on your own.

www.accuautoparts.com. You'll need a new gearset (obviously), a master install kit, new axle seals and bearings (most install kits don't come with them), gear oil and friction modifier if you have a LS. Will probably run you $250-$300 for parts, but it could be less (or more I guess) because it's an older vehicle.

Limited slip. The only thing I see missing from that list is shims. I'm not familiar with your rearend. It's possible that it has adjustment screws, but most liekly you'll have to shim it to get the proper carrier bearing preload. When you say bearings, is that all the bearings or just the axle bearings? There's also 2 carrier bearings and 2 pinion bearings.

E4OD is a transmission.

But yeah that sounds like a great deal. My gearsets alone were almost $200 each.
