i have a 97 4x4 4.6 with 305-70/r16 i would like to regear to seem stock
what size gears should i use?

I think what you mean is gear ratio, not gear size. The gear ratio has nothing to do with the size of the gears, rather the amount of teeth on them. With 33" tires a 4.10:1 gear ratio should put you right back at stock.
