Squeaking noise from driveline

Hope someone may be able to help me with this issue. I have a squeaking noise that changes pitch as the driveline rotates. It appears to be coming from under the cab or slightly to the rear of the cab. The noise increases frequency as rpm's increase but will only make the noise when the vehicle is moving. Also if you are going along, say 35 or 40 and let off of the gas the noise gets quieter or sometimes even goes away. Then when you press the gas back the squeking comes back. Anyone have any thoughts or experience with this type of situation? Thanks !!

My problem ended up being the rear universal. I have the single piece driveshaft so I replaced both the front and rear joints. Only took a couple of hours and the hardest part was getting out the old ones. When the bearing caps came off of mine, most of the bearings were dust. Search on the site for tips and how to's on the procedure.
