hey guys.. I have a 1996 F150 XL (see sig..) and around here in houston I have been hearing in paper and from friends that people are stealing tailgates.. wow.. never expected it.. anyways, how much do they cost and how do you install them? any suggestion or input will help. Thanks.

Guy I work with had his SD tailgate stolen at night in front of his house.

Get a lock on your tailgate so the the scum down here won't take it.

 

err.. haha I forgot to mention in my message that my tailgate was NOT stolen yet.. I am looking into the locks lol.. I feel stupid looking back reading it.. I need information on how to install the lock where to get it is it hard etc.. not the tailgate itself..
