Oh it wasn't that easy. they would not do anythign at first. I had to call Ford Customer Center and complain to them and they called the dealership. They had to have a push from the big boys. I remined Ford of there commercials Ford tough.HaHa. So I had to do something to get the dealership to budge. But it worked.
