grill guards...

I have a 96 f150.. wanted to know what was the best looking/performance grill guard and about how much i should expect to spend... i dunno.. i just was watching a video on youtube where a f350 with a grill guard going about 45 ran into a benz and it barely scratched the f350's front and broke off most of front of the benz

Go to FSB and use the SEARCH function. There's a thread showing just about every front bumper that's been bought or built & installed on '80-96 trucks.

BTW
The lack of damage to the truck is NOT necessarily a testament to the grille guard's strength. It only tells you how SOFT the Benz is. Even that truck only has a 2.5-mph-rated bumper, and the grille guard doesn't change that. If you want real strength, you have to build it, or spend $700-2000 for a Reunel, Ranch Hand, or Setina bumper.

I designed & built mine.
