Have '97 with electronic shift on the fly. Having problems engaging into 4wd. I've isolated it to the CAD. Vacuum solenoids are working and the actuator at the CAD appears to be working. I disconnected it from the forks and it pulls in and out when switching in/out of 4wd. Front wheels spin freely while jacked up in 2 or 4wd.

The lever on the CAD is pretty difficult to move at all. Should this be something easy to move? I seem to have a strong enough vacuum. What is basically involved in dissembling the CAD and getting it to work better? Thanks for any help.
