Hey guys,

I've found a truck that I'm thinking about buying, but it has ESOF 4x4 and I would really like to get manual 4x4. Have any of you or do you know anyone who has taken the ESOF out and put the manual lever in the floor? Is it possible, or would I just be better off looking for one with the manual 4x4 already in it? Thanks.

There are some pretty significant wiring differences between the two units and the GEM. Unless you're willing to spend a pretty significant chunk of time rewiring it, just buy what you want to start with.

Ok thanks. I thought that it might be a little more invovled than just taking the stuff out and adding what I want.
