Need help with preventative maintenance

Hey guys,
I just passed 100k in my 2000 f150 4x4 5.4 automatic truck and I was wondering about the recommended maintenance for passing 100k. So I cruised around in here and didnt find any type of Maintenance schedule. I also tried google and found fords fleet vechicle recomendations. All it says is for me to replace the plugs and inspect the belt.

https://www.fleet.ford.com/maintenan...ntSchedule.asp

This seems kind of odd, the schedule never talks about timing belt or timing gear. When are you supposed to replace that? Or am I a complete noob and it doesnt even have one or something?

So you guys tell me what should I do now that I crossed the 100k mile mark? I dont need my truck to fall apart on me so I want to keep up so she can keep on working.

Thanks

First you don't have a timing belt, you have a timing chain. It lasts far longer than any belt. You may never need to change it.
To get the maintenance schedule that came with your vehicle, go to www.motorcraftservice.com in the owners section. It has the owners manual and others that came with the vehicle when new.
The one big thing at 100k is plugs.
