i have a 2001 f150 4x4 4.6 ext cab. i got it used last june. I was wanting to know if my tires are to big for my gears. I have 265 75 16 tires and i want to go bigger but i have 3.31 gears do you think my 265 75 16 are to big for my gears or do you think i can go bigger

 

Thats the size I have on my truck. Gears will not be a problem. Larger tires will throw the speedo off. A tuner will fix the problem. My speedo is not off by much. Just get a tuner and you will be good to go. Upgrading gears is pretty expensive.
