Fluid level help

I have been searched a little but need some help. My brother has a 98 4x4 with the off road package, 3.73 ls rear end. We are going to change the fluids in the front and rear diff and the t-case. What are the capacities of each. We are going to use redline 75w140 in the rear, just regular 75w90 in the front. Not sure what to use on the t-case. Anyone know the capacities of each. Thanks in advance.

From: Off the Road, Alaska
Front Axle: 3.5-3.7 pints 75W90
Rear Axle: 5.5-5.8 pints 75W140 Synthetic
(if it has a limited slip rear axle, which with off road package it probably does, you also need the friction modifier 4.0 oz.- tubes sold at any auto parts store)
T-case: Mercon ATF- 2.0 quarts
