transfer case

anyone know what the gear difference is from 4 high and 4 low.
4 high and 2 high are the same right??

4 high and 2 wheel are both 1:1. IIRC 4 low in our trucks is 2.64:1

my truck likes to rev up more in 4 high vs 2 high any on know why

Nope. Not possible. Nothing changes to the engine tuning in 4 high. The additional drag from the front drivetrain my cause the transmission to hold a gear longer as the truck accelerates slower, but it does not change the shift pattern or rev higher in 4high.
