Clicking in front while turning????

Clicking in front while turning????
A couple of months ago, I started hearing this clicking sound in the front end whenever I make sharp turns in parking lots, driveway, etc.
I'm thinking that it's a CV joint, but not real sure...Is something like this covered under warranty?

I had a 2000 FX4 that had a tick too! It turned out to be a loose nut/washer in the left side hub.
They just pulled the tire and tightened the nut on the end of the front axle.
If you are still under warranty, I would utilize that warranty!
